Wow, what a week! Some major accomplishments as of late, as things head into the final two months before the big Kickstarter Launch on July 6th! We’ve hit a major milestone on our Kickstarter page, we’ve released the latest version of the mod on Tabletop Simulator, and we had a great time on the Quackalope Podcast. Read on for more info and visuals!
It’s been a long time coming, but we finally updated our Tabletop Simulator mod with all of the new features that will be promoted in the Kickstarter. This includes the solo version by David Digby, new artwork by Erik Evensen, and some new components as well! I encourage you to check-out this latest mod, as it will give you a great idea of what to expect in the Kickstarter!
In fact, we were so excited to share this new version, Richard Woods (Distilled’s developer) and I decided to film a solo playthrough of the game, which you can watch above.
This week, I had the chance to participate in a podcast hosted by Devon from Quackalope, and had a great conversation with him and also Brandt Brinkerhoff, who is designing Oros, which is releasing on Kickstarter in late July. I think that if you’re interested in a peek behind the curtain, especially when it comes to indie game development, this could be a great listen for you and can be found over on their site.
Finally, I’m proud to announce that we have exceeded 1,000 followers on our Kickstarter pre-Launch page! This is a great sign that we’ll hopefully have many people checking out the campaign on Day 1, when Kickstarter emails these folks.
